Default Drilling Jets Post

Awhile back there was a post on drilling jets and it gave what sizes jets corresponded with what size drill bits. I looked and cant seem to find it, any one know of the one I am talking about.

Mikuni and kiehin jets are sized in metric.
For instance a 60 jet, actually measures .60mm. Just move the decimal point over two places. Then multiply that number by .03937 to get the inch measurement. The example of a 60 jet works out to be .0236" diameter.
Then just use any drill chart, and find whats closest. Youre gonna find that its much easier to buy what you need. The difference between a 60 and 65 jet is .002 on diameter. Its rare for a drill to make a hole exactly to size, the jet makers use reamers, especially made for them, which hold diameter, roundness and surface finish to much higher standards than any drill can do.
Be aware the geometry and finish are very important on the hole, along with the size, and good luck.
