Default Drums

My bruin's rear brakes are doing nothing. I pull the brake all the way down and there is no pressure (I have tried adjusting the tension on the handlebar but that does nothing) I was low on brake fluid a few rides ago and I filled that back up. I still have the same amount after filling it up. Is there a simple adjustment I can do to the brakes themselves, or is my drum shot? I never thought I used it much so I don't know why it is not working. (could leaving the parking break on for long periods of time do it? I used to leave it on all the time when I parked it)
This isn't something that is covered under my useless warranty is it?

I need to buy a service manual but I will order one, them cd version on ebay seem a little too cheesy for me. Unless anyone has anything good to say about them...

Thanks for any replies. I'll check ebay for the drum in the meantime

Well, if you ran it out of brake fluid, that tells me 2 things.

1. You must have a leak somewhere if the fluid depleted.
2. You will need to bleed the air out of the lines before they will work again.

ok, thanks for the replies. I have ordered a manual from my dealer, should take 7-10 days. The front brakes work fine, so would that eliminate the problem with the bleeding? Or do disc brakes not need fluid. I will wait to tackle this project until I get my manual as I do not really know how they work, but I can read
