blowing light bulbs

has anyone on here had a problem w/ there headlight bulbs blowing out the minute you start the bike . brand new 07 yfz, Ive checked everything i can think o f. thanx jay

Is the battery still hooked up? Hook up a voltmeter, and when you start it up,... whats the voltage go to? If it goes over 15 volts, thatll do it.

Yes, thats the first thing we checked, 14.66, reved up , I dont know unless its internal ?

Theres no way its getting amps. Did you try checking the voltage multiple times? I would take it back, should be under warranty.
