This is what I am doing - 2004 Raptor 660 has new Wiseco 11:1 piston and ring, new stage 1 HotCam, GYT-R clutch kit and a Yoshi full exhaust system. I haven't finished the exhaust yet, hopefully this weekend. My question is, where should I start on my jetting??? How do I know when I have it just right?

 

i would start with around a 165 anmd 170 jet, you can always change them out later. learn how to read your spark plug. if its dark its getting too much gas if it has a white tint to it your not getting enough. just try to get it in the middle, i beleive the raptor book has a section in the back on how to read it
