Default YFZ 450

Hey i was just wondering what you guys think about stock YFZ power, best for low-mid-high? Ive never rode one and i probly should go test drive one but my dealer is closed now and i just want opinions on it. Also, what is the stock H.P. on it. thanks..

Its got gobs of power but none of it in the low end, it hits hard in the midrange, top end is not bad either.....I think stock hp is like 37-39.

I rode my friends the other day and WOW was all i could say! power out of everything! i thought it had great low end to me.... he had a pipe though thats it! i was very very impressed

stock they run great and if upull the sparky out of the stock exhaust take the air box lid off and re jet it will give u about 3 more hp

i bought one a couple of days ago, and man! it is fast. the only thing i have on it, is skid plates and i dont have the spark arrestor in it. great power low,mid and top.

Well I love mine. the power is in the mid range. When we did the cam mod I noticed a large improvment in the bottom end. You would just have to ride one to know.

well i guess i am just going to have to get out and test drive one sometime, but i think ill wait until the temperature is above 0 lol..
