I just rebuilt the engine on the badger, the carb is getting gas, I can pull the screw out of the bottom of carb and it is getting fuel but I dont think that it is actually going from the carb to the engine, what could cause this.

Any help would be appreciated.

either the timing between the crankshaft and the cam is wrong, the valve rocker arms aren't adjusted right or the engine compression is low. did you try spraying a little starter fluid in the intake of the carb while cranking the engine.
