Ok here is the story I have a 99 grizzly 600 that died about a month ago while I was on a trail. Got it towed home and started trying to fix it. I am not new to ATV's so I figured that I could fix it. I do not have any spark. I have replaced the Stator with a brand new rickey stator and a new coil and cap from yamaha. The only thing left would be the CDI right? That is what I am thinking but where can I get one? I wish someone around here I knew had a 600 so I could try the cdi box on theirs. Any other ideas??????

Try Ebay, I see them on there from time to time. But it sounds like youre just tossing parts at it with out trouble shooting the system. It could be as simple as a blown fuse or bad kill switch.
Your best bet is to buy a service manual and follow the guide for no spark, it desribes where and how to check the various components, and how to eliminate the cheap simple stuff.

Believe me I am not just throwing parts in. I have the service manual and I am following it exactly. I have tested, the kill switch, the key switch, all the relays (they are all new also), and continuity between all of them including the wire from the cdi to the coil. I have called the ricky stator tech support and they also have no idea other than the CDI but I was hoping for something else to try.

Have you checked the whole wire harness to make sure it isnt grounded somewhere where its not supposed to be?
