Default Ignition fuse blows

I have 2002 Big Bear 400 that blows the igniton fuse after its runs for about 3 minutes. I can let it sit for about 10 minutes and replace the fuse and it will start and do the same thing. If I replace the fuse before I let sit those few minutes it will blow the new fuse immediately. If it was short in the wiring it would be blowing the fuses immediately.
Any ideas?

Could be a pinched wire. And its only making contact every now and then. Try wiggling the wire bundles, and see if moving the wiring around will make the fuse blow.

hondabuster prob has your solution.
try this also: check out the rectifier and see if it's getting really hot right before the fuse blows. It's kind of the voltage regulator of the quad. overvoltage or a short is what blows the fuse, check both. make sure all connections are clean and tight! Let us know how it goes!

I tried the wiggling of wires several times. I cant make it blow the fuse. I dont think its a bad wire. It only happens a few minutes after the motor starts.

Anything unusual happen just before the problem showed up? Was it in for repairs, or oil change? Any crash or accident? Swamp it?

No nothing at all unusual... it just started blowing the ignition fuse while riding down the driveway.
