Default Kodiak Pipe on Bruin?

There does not seem to be any exhausts out there for the 06bruin. I have found some for 04-05 but it does not say 06. As far as I know there was no changes in the bruin in them 3 years other then decals, so would the 05 aftermarket pipe for a 05 fit an 06?
Does anyone know if a aftermarket exhaust for a kodiak 450 would fit on a bruin 350? The stock pipes don't look much different. I don't plan on getting one anytime soon but it would be nice to know if there is a option.
I want it to be quiet too, not too much louder then stock, a utility series pipe.

Any ideas/thoughts?

Well I just compared both parts lists from a microfiche, every part for the exhaust is the same from the 05 to the 06. So its safe for a 05 slip on for the bruin. Now I just need to find one I like.

I just got done installing the FMF Powerline on my Bruin 250. (That and the airbox vents and jet kit). I like it, its got a menacing tone for a 250 now (Actually 230). It pulls the wheels off the ground a little bit now also..... Huge differnence from stock. Not quite a Warrior or Wolverine, but its got enough for what I use it for. Plus It has racks...

Anyhow, of the two pipes I could find for my machine.. FMF vs Supertrapp, I heard more positives with the FMF.

I have seenthe FMF powerline as one as well as the Big Gun. Does it sound like a sport quad though? I don't want that loud annoying sound (annoying to me atleast) I will be riding in a couple state forests where a spark arrestor is a must same w/a quiet pipe.
I suppose I could always add a quiet core.

Some buddies I ride with says it sounds "Tough"... So your input your interpretation on that. However, they don't ride weak machines... Warriors, Wolverine (Old Body style), 400EX, 660R.... I bring up the rear, but not by a lot. You can pretty much guess our riding order on faster trails.

Me, I think it does sound a lot more agressive. Is it loud enough to get into into issues?... no I don't think it will be a problem unless you run around everywhere "pegged"...
Its not any louder than some stock machines, but the whole package woke this one up a bit.

I'm very happy with the results! So, Louder = Yes... too Loud= I doubt it.... No. Worth doing Yes. But only with air box / intake upgrades and Jet kit. Otherwise I don't think you'd notice anything... As a package its great, by itself I wouldn't spend the money.

Nice explanation. I'm still on the fence on finding one. I just wish I could hear the exhaust before I spend $400 or more for the pipe/air filter and jet kit. and not be happy with it. I want to get the utility series exhaust but they don't make it for the bruin...

I know what you mean. I wanted to hear mine first too. I must say also that the first time I heard it when I was heat cycleing it after installation, I didn't really care for it... But it grew on me and now after my first trip with it I really like the whole package and very much like the new growl it makes.
