Just a few things that I have found are Twin Air has a new filter out for the 700, and Richochet has a full skid plate system for it as well. As far as exhaust, I haven't heard. I have the GYT-R exhaust on mine, but from what I hear they are getting hard to find. They only had a limited production run of this exhaust. I think dynotek makes a programmer for the computer, but I am not sure you need it with the pod adjustability. Good luck with the new Griiz, I just broke 100 miles on mine yesterday, I have had it about 2 wks. No problems yet, just a little stiff on the shift lever. I am gonna try to adjust the linkage a little as others on here have suggested.

i called my dealer bout the GYTR exhaust and he said that i should wait for other companies to make an aftermarket exhaust. To hear that coming from a yamaha dealer the GYTR exhaust must be pretty crappy

HMF has a slip-on (Utility series) as well as an EFI tuner available. The muffler isn't listed on their website (they're a little slow to update), but if you contact HMF they will confirm what I'm saying. Bunch of guys over on Highlifter running the HMF pipe and tuner with good results. HMF's website can be found HERE

That is surprising that coming from a Yamaha dealer. I really like the GYT-R pipe, nice mellow sound at idle, and good sound under power. Nice quality looking piece as well. The performance gain may not be as big as the HMF, but I don't think the Grizzly is lacking on power anyway, IMO. BTW, I did see a silver Grizzly in Bloomington, IN over the weekend, it looked really sweet.

Adjust the shifter rod shorter by a quarter turn at a time, according some others who have done it. I am gonna a try to shorten it and see if it helps.

On the shifter. Just get the updated adjustment info from the dealer. The servive manual if you own one has been updated with new info. Dealer should give a copy to you for free. That is how I got the info. I paid for the service book from Yamaha on line. Shift, Spark plug ect all updated. But my unit was all set correct. As for the Pod. The Grizzly has the Yamaha race FI pod in it and you can adjust it you on your own. Info is NOT in any book. You can also read RPMs and all that info. Look in the Thread Grizzly cold start, and I think you will locate the info. I will try to take time to locate it and move it into this thread ASAP. Oh the shifter on my 700 was very tight at first and now with no work done on it is easy to use. Just took time to break it in and not force it. I think the 700 is great so far.
