i am in need of some help a buddy gave me a new muffler off of a 2003 yamaha and i have a 1986 yamaha and i need to find some flex hose to go from my exaust pipe to the muffler i am having a hard time finding flex hose that small thanks in advance

 

The smallest that I could find on at several online stores was 1 1/2". I have a feeling you'll be hard pressed to find anything smaller than that. Without some major rigging or unless you have the ability to fabricate something, you might not be able to make the new parts work on the older machine.

It would also be helpful if you describe the type of machines your dealing with (both the old and new), you never know, someone on here might have the part you need, plus 4 stroke systems are much different than 2 stroke systems.

 

2003 yamaha 250 and the old one is a 1986 yfm 225
