Default Warrior parking brake

Ok now I fixed my backfiring problem and it was the parking brake. Now how do you adjust it right. I put on new rear brakes but everytime I pull the clutch in, and then that parking switch it never stays latched on. Looked in manual only shows how to disassemble, not adjust.

just take off the entire emergency brake assembly. from the lever that controls it to the cable and to the ebrake itself. get an ebrake blockoff plate off ebay for less than 10 bucks and your golden.

I agree- there's no good way to adjust it. Just pull it off, I had to connect two terminals together under the hood to keep everything electrical functioning an have had no problems since.

Your best parking brake is a good strap wrench.

These style of parking brakes are junk, no matter what brand of machine it is on. They are all Nissin braking systems, so they are all the same and all are junk. Buy yourself a block off plate and forget about it.
