I was checking the brakes on my bear tracker and the front drum can off easy but I cant get the rear off. The bolt with the cotter key is super tight. My impact wrench wont get it off. Its tough with a breaker bar, because the other rear wheel spins. Is there something Im doing wrong or is it just super tight?
