i no this is off topic because it is an atv forum but i realy need help on this one. along with my atv i have a yamaha tt225. the second pinion gear broke on it and i split the case to replace it. i split the case with the trany sitting on the clutch side. the second gear is right on top. where it is on the shaft it is smoth and i have the new gear and there are no splines or keys. i tryed to take it off with a puller and i have heated it up with a propane torch also. i just cant seem to get it off if anyone has any advice that would be great. it is a 4 stroke bike with a 6-speed trany so it is sinmilar to the warrior, rapters and such. thanks tiner
