Hi all,

I just recently picked up an 04 Grizzly 660. Seems like a great machine but I've noticed it makes a loud chattering noise when braking hard. Don't know exactly where it is coming from but it almost sounds like it may be the clutch. Performance is not affected at all. Machine seems like it was well taking care of and only has 420 miles and 150 hrs. on it. Is this noise normal for this machine or should I start poking around???

I had an 05 that did the same thing. It is common with the design of the single rear brake. Don't worry about it, it does'nt hurt anything, just a little annoying.
