I put a jtm 4.5" swingarm extension on my Raptor, but with a 12 tooth sprocket up front and a 41 tooth in the back, it is too loose because the little bit of adjustment on the extension isn't enough to take out the slack! SOOOOO, I put the stock sprockets back on and now it's too tight! WTF!!! I'm guessing a rigid chain with maybe a 1/4 inch of deflection is too tight huh?

 

I had the same prob on my shee going from 14 to 13 in the front. I ended up taking one of the rollers off so it would fit.

 

kinda old thread but do you have any pics of the extension? is it strong? im planning on going +4 swing for my raptor
