Default 02 Raptor 660 problems.

starts up fine, idles great, revs up fine, until you hit full throttle...then it starts back firing, spitting, and acting like its getting too much fuel and it bogs out. took the airbox off to work on it. when full throttle hits, the sliders on the carbs look like freakin jack hammers when it does it.. blew carb cleaner through everything, checked both diaphrams on the sliders, they were okeay, put it back together. ran fine for the night.....then it did it again in the morning. im stumped. thought it was sand in a jet, but this is the third time its done it. please help

my 03 did the exact same thing and it baffled me. It ended up being sticky float seat needles. It's a pretty easy fix.
