I have a raptor 350 that i was looking at dynatek ignitions for it. I noticed that for the raptor 350 they only have non-programmable ones. But for the warrior they have a programmable one. I found a programmable one for a warrior for cheap and it ends soon. So will it work?

no, not without swapping out your wiring harness for a warrior harness, and then you'll probably run into other problems with that. So i'd say no. I don't know why they don't make the programmable one for the rappy, that kinda sucks.
