lt360r on nitro vs.RM blaster 250 vs. raptor 446

Ok, i'm back to my original thoughts with the lt250 then, that somebody is bs'ing. You can't just stick a 250r kit on a suzuki, it doesn't work like that. A kit that big would be both stroke and bore, neither of which would be achievable with parts for a different machine. The 14:1 compression sounds like a ridiculous number as well, at 14:1 on a kick start, with displacement that high, you'd break an ankle trying to start the thing.

He took a high compression(maybe not 14 but high) 360cc piston and rod for a 250r and made it work with the help of a machine shop. I wasnt listening completely but i remember that.

the biggest bore i`ve heard of in lt250 is 330cc`s.i`m not saying there is anything bigger out there because i know the drag guys do some ridiculous things to motors.but i`m in the same boat as the others.there is no way in hell a 250cc`d quad will keep up with a 360cc`d quad running nitro.it just ain`t happening.....

90 lt250r:bored and stroked to 360cc,no air-box,K&N w/outerwear, 60-70% 110 octane race fuel. The rest is nitromethane. 22" razrs front and rear. Thats all i know about it.

don't guys run race/pump gas mix all the time?
nevermind, I just re-read that. Yeah, that doesn't make any sense at all. Might as well throw some diesel fuel and olive oil in just so it mixes real well.

He didn't port the head, he's got a low-end webcam, hmf which is even more low-end, and with gearing that's too low. It's just a stupid setup. With the mods I have, combining the suspension that puts the power to the ground better, and mods that help more for the higher-end power, and my tall gearing, I can actually beat the 446 in a drag race about half the time because he has such a hard time getting the power to stick, and since his power is made in the low rpms like a tractor, he's shifting twice as much as me.

VP makes a racing fuel that is a mix of nitro and 118 race gas. Wicked smelling stuff that seems to burn pistons faster than anything I've ever seen. (A stock Banshee lasted almost a full minute before meltdown)
The RM250/ blaster combo is getting to be a common one. All of the ones I've seen seem to run really well. I don't believe it would ever be a race between the Raptor and the Sukaster. The 446 Warriors we used to run were all torque monsters. More suited for low end hill climbing power than top speed racing. (no matter what mods we done)
