should i trade my 400ex for a banshee

well im considering tradeing my 400ex for a banshee but i dont know if a banshee is good for me i race GNCC and ice some local drag compittions..i basically wanna know if the banshee would be able to do all that well i knows there good for drags and ice but how about woods and what the pwoer deifference between these 2 quads? thanks for any reply

To sum up your question it would be a trade off. For gncc races people like the handling of the 400-450's. The shee is lacking in handling stock. However with a new front suspension and a shorter swingarm it will be right up there with the 450's. The shee beats the 450's in power and it would help a lot to get a low-end pipe for the shee like a Paul turner mid or FMF Gnarly. The absolute undisputed best thing you can do for gncc races is pysical fitness.
For my personal opinion. If you can get a straight trade I would go for it. Then throw a suspension and some pipes at the shee. I ride my shee in the woods all the time and love it.
