I just got my 240cc big bore kit for christmas and I was wondering how much of a difference it will make in horsepower and the seat of your pants.

 

i would like to know too...i am thinking about getting a 240 kit...some info would be great thanks

 

it will have twice the torque and horse power an extended swingarm will be in your future it is twice as fast you need a 14 tooth front sprocket or it will rap out very fast did you get a bigger carb if so you will need a pro-design intake soon the stock air boot will crack and cause the motor to lean out who did the kit what company

 

were installing the kit at my friends machine shop this weekend and i Bought it from LaSleeve Co. right now i'm running a direct air cleaner to thr carb. I plan on using a 32mm Keihn Carb.By the way Blaster_14 what is your jetting?

I've had a CT 240 kit for about 6 months now and I love it. The power increase is unbelievable. Oh... and it WILL run nose to nose with a 250r.

 

wrist pin,circlips,piston,gasket kit,sleeve,everything for a topend rebuild.

 

I am at a 172 main in my 35 air stryker
