Default Engine knocking sound!?

Ok, since our last ride, one of our quads has been making this small knocking sound and makes the quad vibrate a little when just idling

This goes away when I pull the clutch in but once I let it out it starts again... It is not like the quad is shaking, but vibrating and you are able to hear an audible knocking (not very loud)

Is this something I need to have checked out?

The quad had a full tune up (including valve adjustments) not but 4 or 5 rides ago.

Help please!

P.S. The quad is a warrior

Maybe they adjusted the valves wrong. Sometimes 4-strokes tick though. I dont know about the vibrating. My streetbike ticks though, ive just gotten used to it although it prolly needs a valve adjustment.

Well you said it goes away when you pull the clutch in.. So I would start with the clutch. Did the atv ever feel like it was slipping in gear? You might have to start out in 2nd or 3rd gear and see if seems to slip when accelerating hard. Make sure the clutch lever has some freeplay in it.
