KNOCKING!!!!
#1
I have a blaster and it just had a new top end put in, i broke it in and now i hear a knocking from the motor. Pretty pronounced, my oil ratio is 32/35:1. should i decrease this ratio or what. What can this be or is it natural.

Did you take it down to the bottom end and check out the crank and rod? Did you spec out the bottom end?
Knocks are a bottom end problem. If you put a new top end in an old bottom end the new compression can load the old bottom end and take it out. Could be a lot of other things but that is my first thought.

if you did not hear the noise from the get go recheck and adjust the valves must likly that is what it is the lalves will lossen a little when you break it in.. if it was coming from the bottom end you would hear it right away the first time you start it . if the valves are set right try using a synthetic blend oil.

He has a Blaster...........it's a two stroke. I never could adjust valves on a two stroke. Could never find the cover to take off.

I used to have an old 2 stroke Kawasaki that had a rotary valve. My 2 stroke snowmobile has reed valves. I don't know if you can adjust them?
I'm with Doctorturbo you have compression now and the bottom end bearings are bad.
