Hey everyone....
I just got a couple of pictures of one of the proto pipes that LRD is using my bike to design up on my site. They are not that much to look at... but still

they are in the LRD RAPTOR PROJECT area of my site... alot more to come, I am hoping to be getting my quad back in a couple of weeks...

Predator...good info! Do you have an idea of how many hours are being logged onto your machine during testing?

Hi Predator - I am having that swingarm and lonestar axle put on Fri. or Mon. depending on when the axle arrives. I'll let you know what it is like and you are welcome to come up and check it out if you like since I am in Oregon City. Lrd is where my bike was dynoed a couple of months ago when Dustin used it for proto layout. I am still waiting for him to finish the first production model which I will get from him with ceramic coated. I am interested how Lrd does with cam and other changes on yours. I know the headers and silencer made a huge difference on mine versus stock. I am going to Glamis in Feb so I am trying to get everything done asap.

Regards,

Yea actually I would love to see one with the longer swingarm... I do alot of trail riding and going +4 concerns me abit about stretching it out to much.... and I would like to see the swingarm I am starting to get a bit restless... very much wanting to go ride, but hopefully the wait will be worth it. I talked with LRD yesterday and they did just get there cams in for the raptor They are not going to put them in mine until the pipe is done, so they will have another baseline dyno to see the results.... That part of it will be kinda cool. Having a dyno for each stage STOCK, PIPED/AIRBOX MODS, HEAD WORK/CAM.

Maybe we could meet up next time I head there, I go throught Oregon City on my way to LRD soo...

Thanks for the offer

Predator, I am restless also TC has my raptor that was to be done at the end of NOV. I am so restless that I am going to get my quad regardless if its finished or not I tried getting a hold of TC last week but he was shut down for a week! It would have been one thing if I was told that it would take this long but I was told it would be done at the end of nov. Plus I have to pay for the exhaust which TC is developing on my raptor that is 1month past due from being finished I hope LRD is doing your work for free and not bending you over and playing the waiting game with you!

Your letting them test an exhaust setup on your bike, and you have to pay for it? You said it, your getting bent over...

I am getting the exhaust system for free, along with labor on the engine work.....

I think I would be trying to swing a deal with them if they are jerking you around.... and you have to pay for it..... that sounds kinda like a lose lose deal..... ask them for something to sweetin the deal...

LRD has been very straight forward with me on this deal. The original due date for me to get my quad back was Jan 1, but they said that if I can be a bit flexable with the time frame, they will chrome it for me

I am very happy with LRD, and the way this has been handled, two words.. very professional
