I called around for the best deal on a swingarm skid plate. Only a couple places even had them for the Raptor and if they did, they only had the DG. I did get a hold of Moto-Jo and he had the DG and the AC skids in stock for the Raptor. He said the DG cost around $100 but the AC only cost $59+tax. And the AC had a chain slide mounted and the DG didn't. Anyways, I got it today and I have to say I'm pretty pleased. It fit perfect and looked to be made very well. I can't understand why some companies want to charge so much for the same product! Anyways, just thought I'd help you guys save a few bucks.

Yes, it's for a swing arm. I tried to get a hold of PRM probably 5 times and couldn't get them to answer their phone. I don't know if they just didn't need the business or what? Anyways, the AC one is cheap (in cost) and great on quality. The GYT is very expensive, around $150-165.00. Crazy. I did order the GYT engine skid.

A friend had an AC skid plate on his 400 and he had trouble with it bending, he could put his foot on it and bend it. He changed to the PRM and noticed how much thicker the metal was.

I have the PRM and it is well made. I have not seen the AC though, for the Raptor it may be different.

Can you please put Moto Jo's phone number up? I can't seem to find it in my Dirtwheels, or on the web.

Thankx

Also, if you have a pic, could you post it?

I called Moto Joe at the above number, and they said the don't sell AC Skids! Only Greydon for $75 and that they weren't available for over two weeks.

Got another number?
