My friend picked up a 99 blaster and it is jetted excessively lean. Since I know just about ZERO about jetting could someone give me a good starting point on what size jets to use. Im not sure what size jets it has in it right now but will look into that tomorrow. I live in North Jersey and the altitude is unknown to me. Thanks in advance.

Stock they come with a 230 Main Jet, Needle 2nd from the top and 32.5 Idle Jet.

If your bike is stock and the entire airbox intact, this should be enough.

My son's 99 Blaster has a FMF Fatty pipe and the airbox snorkle removed. We run a 260 Main, Needle in stock position and a 35 Idle Jet.

Good luck!
