Default Blaster Rear shock on a Raptor 350?

Will a Rear shock off a Blaster work on a Raptor 350/warrior? I think the the Raptor length is 11 3/4(its hard to measure so i'm not sure) and the Blaster length is 14 something. Will the shock work? I dont want the rear end to be way up there. I can have someone machine a different Linkage/J hook for me if that will help.

That's like taking the shocks off of a Pinto to put them on an Escalade. It may work, but that shock was not designed for it. Remember a Raptor 350 is longer and heavier than a Blaster. Even if you found a deal on a Blaster shock, I would stick with the 350 shock, or if you want to upgrade get a shock from a 660 or better. I would say a Blaster shock would be a downgrade, even if it was a Works or Elka.

It is a Works. Its perfectly valved for my weight. Front Elka's go on tommorrow so I'll see how those go. Thanks exrider let me know what you find.

Why would you want to do that? Blasters are known for there horrible shocks.
