ur using stock tie-rod ends? you should get tougher ones. the stockers bend easily.

Thay are made out of T6 6061 aluminum. They are 16 mm solid hex where stock are 14 mm round tubing. They are a little lighter then stock too.
Speedy all you need to do is measure your stock Tierods and go from there. The only hard part was finding a 10 x 1.25 left hand tap. I do have 3 sets fore sale if anyone is interested. If anyone is intersted send me a PM.

i found that 5/8 hex would be perfect for this project, and it is fairly cheap too... $5 for a 4' peice

The materal cost me $43 for 12 feet of 5\8 hex 6061 aluminum. the left hand tap was $42.50 the right tap was $20 the reat of the tooling was the shop where i work. Making the nuts realy sucked i had to make 20 of them. Cut time on the CNC mill was 15 min for all six sides. Speedy if you have any more questions feel free to ask. I will help out if i can.
