Ok... so I just bought a 2004 Wolverine... and when I go slow it sqeaks really loudly... I read a different post that someone was getting new brake pads that were for a different qaud... anyone heard any other way to fix this?... Or is it just a thing that comes with a Yamaha?
What about brake cleaner or a silicone spray to spray in there when it gets really bad...
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

It could be dry mud stuck on the brakes...Mine always squeeks because its always in the mud lol Just need a good cleaning.

My son has an 06 wolvy and both of the dealers I deal with say welcome to the YAMAHA breaks. Other people I have talked to have the same problem and say it is just nature of the beast. My son has over 1000 miles on his wolvy this year and outside of the rear brake catching on fire, he is running the original pads and they appear to be fine.
