Has anyone seen the new KTM 525 XC quad? I just left my local Yamaha dealer here in Los Angeles and all I can say is WOW... not about the quad itself, it has killer looks and damn fast, but it is expensive!!! Sticker on that bad boy was
$11,700.00!!!!!!! Has anyone heard anything about them as far as performance?

 

from the specs they seem like the **** but for the price i think you chould get a new 450(aka yfz450, trx450,ltr450) put some dollars into it and smoke it.BTW did you ask how much they whould take off the sticker? i whould think now much. here in san diego last year by boy and i wnet and bought a yfz450 and a raptor 700 and he got his yfz for less than 5600. just think of how fast you chould make it for another 5 grand.(even if you bought all the upgrades from dealership and financed them)

 

That's been marked up. There are guys on the east coast getting them for right around $8500.

 

8500 whould be worth it. still whould wait untill the second year to make sure there are not major problems.
