so, bad day for me. i open the garage door, and theres about 5 drips of oil on the floor. i havnt used it in a few days though. it seems that the oil i coming out of the rear driveshaft right where it meets the engine. the quad is down half a tank of oil. oh and its a 2007 grizzly 450 by the way. any help is greatly appreciated. i want to get this fixed - Tyler

lol, i called the dealer and he said it was possible that the rider did something to it, but i have the stock plastic skids on. they are scraped up, but i dont think ive hit anything that hard. also, he said it would be a week before they could even look at it

it's the case seal leaking.. btw now your engine is low on oil... ssoo ya.. just so ya know

 

take the skid plate off before you take it there so it looks nice and unmarked..lol...rock? what rock?

chances are a piece of metal from break in tore up the seal..

 

the skid plate actually looks fine, and i was in the process of putting an engine skid plate on that doubled as a plow mount
