In stock form, a Warrior comes with a #145. You should go up one jet size at a time. So, the next size you'll try would be a #147.5 jet. After you install it, throw in a new plug. Let quad warm up to driving temps, then read the plug.

93Warrior, the Warrior has used the exact same carb from 1993, until now. The bottom of your main jet should have the size stamped on it. If it's stock, it IS a 145. The information on the K&N sheet is wrong.

I ride at about 2500 feet, and I was able to successfully move up to a 155 main jet, after installing a new pipe, K&N filter, and removing the airbox lid.

It depends on temp & altitude & if you take the main out it will be writen on it in small numbers.

Is that why mine came with 4 sets of main jets for different altitude & temp. Here in CA you can drive up to the moutains & have to rejet unless you have fuel injection
