TRANSMITION NOISE, ON A KODIAK!!!

DO ALL THE KODIAKS HAVE TRANY NOISE, OR JUST MINE?
WHEN YOU GET ON THE GAS HARD SHE REALLY CLUNKS AND RATTLES. 21 MILES ON IT. YOU CAN EVEN HEAR IT WHEN IT IS STANDING STILL. DEALER SAYS THIS IS THE WAY THE AUTOMATIC YAMI'S SOUND, AND NOT TO WORRY. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? THANKS FOR THE HELP!!! THE KID.

Mine's quiet. I've heard a few guys say their's whines, but so far mine has been very quiet.

I have a low whine but no clunk .. I would take it back to the dealer.

I agree that the Kodiak trans does whine a bit. I don't have any clunking noises though. However, when I first start the machine up sometime I hear a 'clicking noise' from behind the clutch cover. Probably isn't anything but I'm going to have the dealer check it out anyway. Take it in and have a dealer check it out. A little spent now could save a lot later - that's my motto.

What is everyone's experience with vibration on the Kodiak? Do you have some, a little, a lot?

I have a little vibration but while I am riding I really don't notice it. This machine has been great, IMHO.
