Does anyone know how to remove a raptor 660 starter clutch where you can replace a new one? Thanks for any help!

Default Raptoer 660 starter clutch instructions - removing and replacing

BTW I have replced 2 of these things and its a huge pain in the butt to get the fly wheel off. The trick is to get the wheel puller centered and then use an impact wrench to break it free. If it dosent pull off then hit the end of the wheel puller bolt a few times with a hammer to jog it loose then try the impact wrench again.

Good luck its a pain.

Use a Y style pully puller. Keep the large nut on the crank to keep the crank from splitting or rounding out. If it dones not come off when impacting do what Raptor8300 said and hit it with a dead blow hammer. Use a L&A Design starter clutch. While you have it off go ahead and replace the large starter gear that it slides onto. If you dont you will end up replacing them both again. They are not to hard to replace make sure you use plenty of lock tight on the clutch bolts and the crank bolt. I replaced mine this past saturday at Little Sahara.
