If I put a 11.5 to 1 piston in my Raptor Powroll says that I have to run race gas. Is that a pain in the butt?

Only if you don't like the price of race gas or it is not readily available in your area.

Where did you get your piston and do they make one that is maybe 10.5:1. Should be able to run Premium at 10.5:1

Powroll said they can get a 10.5 to 1 pistion. I saw their ad for the 11.5 to 1 so I called them and said I wasn't exited about running race gas and they indicated that they send me a 10.5 to 1.

I am getting VP C12 for $30.00/ 5 gal. here in Tucson. With a 11-1 or higher compression ratio I would run 50% premuim unleaded, and 50% C12.
