The Warrior already has a good flowing headpipe. Unless you want the aesthetics, don't bother.

Around 5 mph, but if your motor is pretty much stock you won't have enough power to pull the higher gearing. You have to do a good bit of work to actually see a benefit from a 14 tooth, and then that is only if you still have just 20's on the back. If you've got 22's on the rear don't go to a 14.

If you don't want to shell out mucho dolares for true aftermarket front shocks such as Works or Elkas, then Banshee shocks are a definite upgrade over the stock fronts; and they bolt right up. Still on the sprocket, if aftermarket exhaust is all you have just stick with the 13. If you get some serious motor work done, then a 14 is a good idea.

I always liked a 14 tooth on the front after adding a pipe and filter. I like mine to have more top speed and to be able to rev it out longer. The Warrior's 1st gear is so low you can get away with it with just a few mods and still have plenty of bottom end. It's all in what you want.

I just go up on the front and keep the rear stock size. If you want more top speed you would go down in the rear, or go up in the front. Your motor definately won't handle doing both.
