bike runs great with a push,the eletric start doesent,the starter spins but wont crank i thought it was the starter clutch but i just replaced it,what else could it be please help

 

It could just be a weak battery. If it does turn the engine over there may be to much of a voltage drop and wont be enough to fire the cdi. That is prob why when you push start it the engine is forced to turn over without using the battery power. All the available power is going to the cdi.
Try jumping it with jumper cables. If it starts that is likely your problem.
