Wolverine Nerf Bars
#1
I'm unable to find nerf bars for my 07 450 wolvy . They make them for the 350 up to 2005. Has anyone found any or has made thier own. Or does anyone know what other machine may cross over to fit. thanks

Actually I made some skid plates for my 07 wolvy. I punched a hole in mine the first time I rode it and I fixed that problem. So I made skid plates so that it wont do that again. Im actually surprised that someone doesnt mass produce them.

Nerfs for my wolverine are coming down the pipe line. Next on the list is to install some 2008 YFZ 450 shocks on the front and find something for the rear.</end quote></div>
You sure you want to do that with the shocks??For one the new OEM shocks will probly cost you the same as some nice aftermarket shocks made for the Wolverine..Plus the YFZ is much lighter than your Wolverine, the shocks might suck on your bike..

If you don't mind, post a picture of them.

Well I tried to install them and they are about a inch and half too long. I compressed them into the mount anyway to see how soft the spring is and it is a very stiff spring when mounted in the wolverines mounts. Only option is to either build some longer a-arms around the shocks or send the shocks out to GT Thunder and have them shorten them revalve and respring them. Anyone want a set of brand new 08 YFZ 450 shocks???
