That would be the timing chain is slipping on the timing gear. Or you can have TDC with the cam 90 degrees off (upside down). The crank rotates twice for every one time the cam rotates.</end quote></div>
How would that be possible with the dowel pin and notched sprocket on the Warrior? (Not being a smartass, its late and my mind may not be working properly)
Anyway, your timing chain is definately slipping. Does it have adequate tension? If so, you need to inspect the gear on the camshaft and if it looks good, then we could be talking a bad lower sprocket.

Well then its the lower thats gone because the top looks good and the tensioner looks good too. I already looked on line for hours and there is no way to get just the lower sprocket, i have to buy the whole left side crankshaft. Unless that sprocket can be pulled off. Thats as far as i got.

Maybe the piston is acually at BDC with the cam in the TDC position.</end quote></div>
That is a possibility.
Exbro, you have pulled the little cover on the left hand case and matched it up with the T as well as the mark on the cam sprocket with the notch on the cam cover seat, right?

Yeah i match up the Marks then turn it over and it don't fire then i check the marks again and there off.</end quote></div>
Do you match up the marks with the tensioner on or off, needs to be off, then put it on and re check it. If its not firing your cam is proabably at BDC like raptor and beefy mentioned, that mark is about 6* dots before the T for TDC
*Don't remember the number of dots or lines, depends on each individual bike.
