What about a new Frame ??? after looking you should be able to get one for $750 or so... then just swap everything over [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

I just bought a grey 08 Raptor 700r..I'd rather get rid of this thing and use that 750 for mods [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]..It has all the paper work and can be fixed,but I had a small problem that made me give up and Buy a new one lol..My welder told me I needed to take off the top end so he could get in there and fix it right,I said no problem,so I preped it taped it off at the decompression mark,too all the plastics off and the first bolt I tried to get out(cam chain cover)I sheered off [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] so me being dumb I said no problem I will drill that bolt out and tap a new one..Well the drill slipped,ruined the head case..I got pissed and quit,said your gone POS!! I bought a head off ebay,but it hasent got here yet..I don't feel like messing with that thing anymore..
