Starting problem on warrior hear clicking around relays

Please post your fix if you find something difinative. I'm having the same problem on my grizzly. I pulled it in the garage to swap frames and the battery was good then, it reads 12.5vdc on my meter and all the connections are tight but it's doing exactlly what yours is doing. Thanks

I have the same problem here. only its a big bear wont start off the starter hooked it to booster cables cleaned all connections checked fuses but no go. I even crossed the poles on the starter solenoid it will only turn over and not start theres even no spark at the plug. Ok here is the funny part. It will start with only pull with the pull cord. but nothing when I try the electric start wont even turn over. There are 3 relays on this machine one of them is clicking while the engine is running. after reading the wiring diagram I found out it was the starter cut off relay so I replaced it and it still does the same thing. I can hear the same clicking noise coming from the magneto that seems to be in time with the relay that is clicking. Could there be something in there causing it not to turn over? Its not the battery because I tried booster cables and cleaned all grounds and connections. I hope somebody has an answer cause my arm is getting sore form starting it all the time

check to see if the fuses
are good in the relay under the seat.also try looking at the wiring diagram at WWW.yamahaof troy.com or ronniesmailorder.com
