Default New Raptor 700 Build.

well my raptor is about to go under a power make over.it is going to somewhat be a sleeper and here is what i plan 2 do.
Dasa Duals.
Fuel Customs K&N Intake
power commander 3
megacycle x2 cam
11:1 je pstion
cnc ported & polished head
oversize kibble white valves and spring
+2 throttle body bore
danatek igention system

along with the suspestion upgrades i have i should be getting people down the drags and up the hill. this quad will have a stock swingarm and run on pump gas and should make in 65-70hp range.

I have a couple of problems with your build. For one thing dasa does't make duals. I made sure and even called dasa to make sure. The other problem I have is running your bike on pump gas and making 65-70 hp. I guarantee you woundn't be pushing 55hp due to prior experience. Sounds like a good build, but take a look into race gas and its benifits and find another exhaust. Barkers and monster quad are the best i read on a review of all 4 dual systems for the raptor.

Ok never mind about the exhaust. dasa just called me back and said that they coming out with them in 2 weeks. i would definetly try those, but look at the race gas. it has tons of benifits for your bike including life and hp.

i whould almost bet you just with fci intake dasa duals and a pc3 it will be 55.

there is another raptor and he does not even have dasa duals and fci intake and the only difference in his build is he is useing a 12:1 piston and is running 76hp. oh and he is using u4 fuel not pump. and i will most likely will have to run race gas.

I agree with bigned1904. I believe he will be up around that hp. Maybe more. My 700 is running around 54-55 hp with my current set up, so with internals done like that, I wouldnt be surprised to see that. As far as the race gas, I would probably mix say 94 and cam 2 if you have that where you live. 11.1 is a commonly used set up. any more than 11.1 you would have to run straight race fuel. I am looking into those dasa duals. They look bad *** on the raptor.. Raptorforum.com has a picture of them.

ya thats where im buying them from. got in the pre order from fuelatv for 700 insted of the 800 everyone else will be charging. and the thing that is putting me into race gas is the racers edge cnc port and polish. like that guy with 12:1 piston is running atleast 14:1 comp b/c of the cnc head. i will be able to run pump gas if i polish the chambers but will lose hp.

I know for a fact that you aren't pushing 54-55 with your outfit because before i got my raptor built i was pushing 47.41hp with almost the exact same outfit as you. I'm pushing 59 right now with a 12:1 cp, the best port job you can buy in AZ, of coure the cam, and barker duals. it has to run on race gas to. i want to see your dyno chart if you are reallly getting those numbers.
