I just bought a 05 350 bruin. After checking it out I noticed that the engine becomes very hot when riding about ten minutes, and the fan has never come on. I pulled the fan and tested it it works. So my question/quetions are what is the normal operating temp? should the fan come on during riding, if so how can you test the thermo unit, I also checked all the fuses. Any help would be appreciated.

 

My wife has an 05 bruin and her fan comes on constantly.I don't know what to check but if your's isn't coming on something is wrong
