Default Lift or tires?

I have a 07 wolverine 450...where we go muddin I need alittle bit more bround clearence...I need at least about 1 1/2 inch. Would it be better to find a lift kit. And if so what kind...i have searched but could not find anything. Or maybe a set of swamp lite tires. If so what size could i fit on my stock wheels to give it alittle more ground clearnce. It can tear threw mud but it get stuck because the frame sits down on the ruts.

you won't get any more ground clearance with kust a lift, the larger tires give you the ground clearance.. I know 26's will fit without a lift, but not sure about 27's

just a suggestion you might want to put a clutch kit in it to ensure that you get enough out to turn the bigger tires. but thats just me. there are alot of threads out there about clutch kits and i'm to lazy to mention them

Yeah i do alot of trail riding with it also so i figured the swampl lite would handle better than mudlits...plus the rits we go it...the swamp lites and more side wall tread on them...and actually to me they look like the could cut threw mud about as good as mud lites...and i have never doubted interco before...i have irocs on my truck

thats not bad 300 for everything. cause by the time you buy them pay shiping and then put them on it will probably cost you more than 300. as for front lockers i haven't seen anything. thats the bad part about the new wolvie is trying to find mods. i guess give it a bit they are slowly coming out of the wood works
