it's a dry bearing or a super dry chain, maybe the rubber roller chain guide. get out the wd40 and spray until it is gone.

 

The axle bearings are gone. Replace them immediately before you tear up the bearing carrier and have to replace that,too.

TOOMEY B1 is the best pipe for a blaster, cuz you get a kit with the pipe, silencer, all bolts and brackets, new jets, instructions, A NEW HIGH FLOW AIR FILTER, a crossbar pad, stickers and EVERYTHING you need to do the job, including an 800 number to Toomey. Just can't be beat. You don't need anything else except a beer or soda, it's all in there...and it's a dam good pipe too! I have installed several and they are awesome pipes!!!

forgot to mention that Rocky Mountain ATV has the best price on these per Stuart Toomey hisself hehe.

you cant run the pipe without the rest of the stuff, you'll seize it. welcome to 2 strokes. check out the price, it wasnt that much last time I looked.

 

i checked the price out on the toomy websigt and thwe whole kit was around 4 hundred
