My battery is shot. i took it in to get a load test done and it failed. when it was in the bike it wouldent even turn it over. Has any one replaced their 700 battery? im looking for the least expencive. Batteries plus wants 78 bucks and the dealer wants 105. do i have any other options like kragen or autozone? thanks!

take your battery out and take it down to any local auto parts store, I personally use NAPA, and match it up with one of the ones they have. they carry ATV specific batteries and there usually not too high, like 50 bucks or so. They even carry riding lawn mower batteries which are even cheaper and would PROBABLY work if your on a tight budget, you would just have to match one up with the one u have.

the battery number for the 06 raptor 660R is a YTX14-BS and the number for an 07 raptor 700 is YTX20HL-BS . i could not find a number for an 06 700 raptor. you sure it isnt an 07 model made after july of 06?
just take the part number and put it in google for your result. those 2 batteries are anywhere from 50 to 90 bucks, depending on where you order them from. the big bear (my atv) battery is almost 40 bucks with shipping now. i guess the raptor battery is bigger. i really dont know, but upwards of a hundred bucks for a freaking atv battery is a little insane if you ask me.

yeah my raptor 700 is a 2006 and made on 8/5/2005. is the part # YTX20HL-BS a walmart battery part # that you used? I Looked at the Manual for a 07 raptor 700 and it calls for the same battery # as my 06 GT9b-4
