Horrible noise from brakes.
#1
Just bought an 07 grizzly from the dealership. It was preowned but only had 29 miles (9.5 hours). Pretty much a brand new Grizzly 450. While riding around I hear a squeaking noise (almost like a warped rotor). After riding a few hours and hitting the brakes it sounds like the pads are all gone. But after pulling the tire and caliper the brake pads are pretty much brand new. In that case, what could be making this horrible noise? I hate to have an atv and can't ride it due to the noise and embarrassment. Please help! Thanks and God Bless! Andrew

Welcome to the boards and a Sweet Quad! I love my Grizzly 450 does everything I want and then some.
I did have the nasty squeaking early on until I clean the breaks but "Sanding" the pads and making sure I clean the pads pretty good after each ride The stock pads work but was much happier with the replacements
My Stock Pads only lasted 300 miles... and where worn down to the caliper/piston. I went with EBC Severe Duties quite nice!
