moto 4

I have a 92 yamaha moto 4 350 and there is an adjustment screw on side of motor that says increase and decrease. I was wanting to know what this is for and how to set it?

it is for the clutch adjustment.

Thanks. Does anyone know how to adjust this? When its in high gear feels to me that the centrifugal clutch takes a little long to fully engage.
