Hey guys,
I found a nice 2003 Raptor 660 LE and bought it.
It has about 10 hours on it. It is bone stock.
What are some Mods a guy could do to wake her up !?

I heard air box, pipes and jetting, ?
all coments welcome

are you wanting top speed or spinning power

 

bone stock, pull out the baffle and remove the airbox lid, costless performance mod, and yea start with "the big 3" pipe, jets, airfilter before you worry about any thing else, just go for like a Dyno-jet jet kit, K&N clamp on filters kit, and put a slip-on pipe on it, too many choices i reccomend CT sonic, HMF, LRD Pro-4 series, Yoshimura. now Big gun, FMF, Pro-circuit, Whitebrothers a few other are ok also. another option is by reducing your front sprocket 1 tooth and it will give you a little more torque and make your bike run a little quicker. tires are also a big factor is you still got the stockers

 

Top speed seems o.k., I think anything to make it a little more snappy would be good.

91- I will try the no cost mods and see how it responds. I do still have stock tires on, what is a good aftermarket tire?

I would like to post a photo for you to see but I don't see where you would attach it on the forum(any suggestions / directions ?)

 

just use photobucket and you can paste an IMG code but yea ITP holeshots or Maxxis Razrs are most common atv sports tires thats wud work great
