Man....I wanted the same thing for mine.....I was going to get one of chasman's tailight cover but You can still see the red behind it. I want a tailight that has blue plastic. tell me that wouldn't look sweet on a blue raptor!!!

I have a bulb that might work? What type/wattage does a raptor take? I ordered a gold tinted from denniskirk for my blaster but its the wrong kind, looks cool kind of a purple tint to it, its a 60/55W Denniskirk part# 6260G. I think polaris takes this type? If anybody is interested email me. Can take a picture of it. New in package.

bulbs can be painted if your going to put it in the tail lights when I got clear tails for my truck, red bulbs where on back order, so I painted clear ones red with a couple coats of spray paint. As for the blue raptor headlights, i got that covered too, but Im not telling until my hand gets better and I can install them

you know the plasticoat stuff that you can dip tools in to make them have a rubber coating......dip you bulbs in that a time or 2. My dad did that with the bulbs for gages in his boat.....we made them all red and now it looks bad as he11. Just get the stuff in blue or whatever color you want. I just remembered that and am going to try it on mine.

yeah i would like the cool blue lights i have them in my truck but from what i can tell the bulbs are not the same as auto bulbs. oh and as far as dipping them in the plastic dip for tools bad idea these bulbs get alot hotter than the little bulbs in gauges it would burn!!! my manual say the replace bulbs is 30 watts krypton bulb.

I have already tried painting my head light bulbs with high heat paint and it still burned off. My next attempt will be putting red transparent plastic on the inside of the headlight.
